Each month Sens Me Gluten Free sends you 8-10 new gluten free products to try that will include at least 1 full-sized item. You’ll get full-size and sample size food, personal care items, supplements and household products that support your gluten free lifestyle.
Note: Contents of each box may differ in any given month.
The May box includes:
- Carmel Apple Crisps
- Hummus Chips
- Monster Cookie
- Mini Plums
- Caramel Apple Chewy Bar
- Biscotti-Style Grahams
- Leave-In Conditioner
I think the only thing I don’t like about their box, is they don’t include info cards. I really, really like info cards in subscription boxes. They had 8 items in this box. Also included is an envelope stuffed with money-saving coupons for the products in the box, as well as other offers.
The first item in the box is Caramel Apple Crisps from Cosmos Creations. This is a 1.25oz bag of puffed corn. These have no artificial ingredients, are minimally processed, and have no high-fructose corn syrup. They are also made with non-GMO corn.
The Mini Plums are from Fruit Bliss. I like plums, and this little package is a great snack size. These are organic, whole fruit, sun-sweetened & infused with water.
Next comes a huge, Montana Monster Munchies Gluten Free Cookie. This is 2.75 ounces, and 2 servings. It is tasty. I ate half the cookie (one serving), in no time flat. Chocolate chips, peanut butter, & rolled oats. You don’t have to eat gluten free to enjoy this!
We also have a snack bag of Hummus Chips with sea salt from Simply 7. These are made from chick peas. I like chickpeas, both in my salad, as refried beans, and roasted. I’m not a fan of hummus, but I haven’t tried these yet.
Here’s 2 more products in the box…
The Biscotti-Style Grahams sound good. They are from Pie in the Sky Bakery. This is a 3oz package, with 3 servings. This is soy free, nut free, gluten free, all natural, and honey sweetened.
The Baked Chewy Bar is caramel apple flavor, and made by Enjoy Life. It’s a small sized bar at only 1 ounce, but packs a 110 calories. This is milk free, nut free, and soy free.
Next we have two packets of NuStevia from NuNaturals. This is a no-carbs blend of natural sweetener. Non-bitter, and no calories. This contains Erythritol & Stevia extract.
The last item is a non-food inclusion. This is a leave-in conditioner from Mop-Top. It’s silicone free, sulfate free, paraban free, dye free, phthalate free, and soy free. It’s for all hair types. I like leave-in conditioners. So besides the cookie, this is my favorite item.
All-in-all, I think this is a great box. The prices are pretty reasonable, considering how difficult & pricey it can be to find gluten free products in the stores (though they’re getting a bit more convenient). Send Me Gluten Free does all the hard work for you, and finds the products, then sends them to your door each month.
They have several subscription options. Month to month, three months, six months or one year. Gluten free to the rescue!
Stay tuned. We have a giveaway coming up, where you can win a July Send Me Gluten Free box!Woot!
